| 摘 要： | 基于泉州电业局变电站远程视频辅助巡视操作系统的建设实例,阐述了系统的功能、结构、关键技术和作用。系统采用先进的视频巡检技术、SCADA系统联动视频监控、多屏显示和摄像机倒装技术,解决了电气设备在自动巡检和远方操作监视存在的技术难题,极大地提高无人值班变电站自动化控制水平。

Video inspection system uses advanced technology, SCADA system linkage video surveillance, multi-screen display and the camera flip technology to solve the electrical equipment inspection and remote operation in the automatic monitoring existing technical problems, greatly improve the unmanned substation automation level. |
