摘    要:以某回转体构件为对象,进行了等温复合挤压成形研究,通过有限元数值模拟,分析了成形过程中材料的流动,并以此为基础开展了工艺试验,试验结果表明,成形与模拟情况基本相符,挤压生产出的铝合金构件充型饱满,检测尺寸满足构件的要求,外表面无折叠、裂纹等缺陷,微观组织晶粒细小且分布均匀。

Abstract:The research of isothermal multiple-extrusion was put up to a revolving part. By means of numerical simulation the flowing of the material during forming was analyzed, then the engineering tests were carried out based on it. The result indicated that the superduralumin part after isothermal multiple-extrusion was formed with good filling, without deficiency of fold or crack on the surface. In microstrueture the grains were fine and well distributed. The dimension of the part also satis lied its requirements.
