基于Pro/E的凸轮轴镶件模具设计

摘    要:介绍了一副带有嵌件的凸轮轴镶件注塑模具的设计过程,首先利用Pro/E进行模具的型芯和型腔的镶件设计,然后利用EMX进行模具的总体设计,最后利用Moldflow软件对注塑过程进行模拟分析。结果表明:模具浇注系统设置合理,塑料能完全充满型腔,流体外表温度分布均匀,预计的塑件变形符合要求,表面质量能够得到保证。在保证精度的前提下,提高了设计、生产效率,节约了成本。

Abstract:Design process of an injection mould with insert modeling for cam shaft was introduced. The inserts of cores and cavities were designed using Pro/E first. The overall mould was designed using EMX next. The injection molding process was analyzed using Moldflow at last. The analysis indicated that the design of gating system is reasonable, the plastics can totally fill the cavities, the bulk temperature is well distributed uniformly and the deflection of plastic parts accords with requirements. The surface quality is guaranteed. Efficiency of production and design was improved and production cost was saved based on ensuring accuracy.
