PMH技术工艺参数对注塑填充过程影响的研究

摘    要:简要介绍了PMH成形技术的基本原理,以材料为PTV8211—35的手机外壳PMH组件为研究对象。利用田口实验设计方法安排相关数值模拟实验。通过对实验数据的信噪比和极差分析,研究了注塑成形工艺对PMH组件填充行为及体收缩率的影响。结果显示影响体收缩率的因素从大到小依次为:金属温度、模具温度、保压压力、保压时间、熔体温度。最后基于最优工艺方案组合,达到了降低体收缩率,提升产品质量的目的。

Abstract:The basic principle of polymer metal hybrid technology is introduced. The injection molding process of mobile phone shell plastic part made of TPV 8211-35 has been studied by numeric simulation experiment technology and Taguchi experimental method. The analysis of S/N ratio is used to investigate the effect and the significance of process parameters. The results show that the effect significance of process parameters on volume shrinkage is metal surface temperature, mold temperature, packing pressure, packing time and melt temperature. Based on the analysis results, the optimized process parameters combination is obtained to minimize the volume shrinkage and improve product quality.
