| Abstract: | The management concept of scientific research project and significance of decision - making are introduced. As an example of steel enterprises implementing the management of key scientific research project, the practice of pattern combined with industry, university and research in the process of scientific research project, project management pattern and team construction, coordinated relationship of production and research - development, evaluation of project fruit transformation are discussed. |
