| 摘 要： | 组织工程生物反应器驱动系统是专为旋转式组织工程生物反应器设计的,用于培养细胞的一套高级控制驱动系统.该系统实时检测反应器物理环境,通过计算查表得到合适转速,再用PWM方式驱动反应器电机,同时调节温度以及气液循环系统,以使细胞保持最佳状态.系统还可由用户根据细胞培养需要随时手动调整转速,或者通过PC通信来远程监控改变转速.该系统目前已用于学校相关生物实验室培养细胞,得到好评,所得到的细胞相对于一般培养细胞生物特性上有相当大改善.

| Abstract: | The tissue engineering bioreactor control driving system is a device designed for horizontal rotating tissue engineering bioreactor specially and is an advanced system used to cultivate cells.The system can detect the physical environment in time and count a suitable rate for the environment,and then drives motor using PWM wave.At the same time,system changes the bioreactor temperature and administrates the gas-liquid circle system to keep the cells on a best condition.Besides,the system also provides the function of changing rotating speed manual or by remote PC administrator.This system now is equipped in the bio-lab and has good comments.The biologic characteristics of the cells that cultivated by this bioreactor system indicates the improvement comparing with the ordinary cells. |
