纳米晶NiZn铁氧体的结构

摘    要:利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了Ni1-xZnxFe2O4纳米颗粒,通过改变实验条件可控制颗粒尺寸大小。扫描电镜观察到细小均匀颗粒。X射线衍射结果表明,随热处理温度的升高,颗粒尺寸增大;和大块材料相比,NiZn铁氧体纳米颗粒的单胞体积有所膨胀,穆斯堡尔研究发现,随纳米颗粒尺寸的增大,铁磁相成分增加。

Abstract:In the present investigation, we have succeed in preparing nanosized spinel Ni-Zn ferrites using PVA sol-gel method. It has been found that the average grain size increases with increasing heat-treatment temperature. The ultrafine partcles were observed by scanning electron micrograph(SEM). X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that the lattice parameter of nanosized Ni-Zn ferrites is larger than that of the bulk material. Mossbauer spectra of the samples at room temperature show that the portion of the ferromagnetic phase increases with increasing heat-treatment temperature.
