光电印制电路板用含氟聚酰亚胺的应用研究

摘    要:光电印制电路板是将光与电整合,用光作为信号传输,以电进行运算的新一代高速运算所需的封装基板,将目前已发展非常成熟的印制电路板加上一层导光层,使电路板的使用由现有的电连接技术延伸到光传输领域.光电印制电路板中光波的传输需要一种特殊的材料来完成.这种材料叫光波导材料.含氟聚酰哑胺兼有了聚酰亚胺的耐高温特性和掺氟后的近红外吸收小的特点,同时溶解性较好,是一种比较理想的光波导用高分子材料.本文介绍了国内外含氟聚酰亚胺的原料、合成方法、结构特点和优良性能以及含氟聚酰亚胺在光电印制电路板中应用研究状况.

Abstract:Optical-electronic circuit board(EOCB) is a new kind of circuit board integrating electricity and light function in which light transmits signals and electricity processes these signals.The present circuit board is coated with a light guide layer in which both electronic interconnection and optical transmission can be implemented.In EOCB,optical waveguide material is needed to complete the transmission.Fluorinated polyimides are more feasible than these polymers because of their high thermal stability,low a...
