降低帘线钢脱碳层厚度的技术研究

摘    要:针对生产帘线钢产品时出现的脱碳层厚度超标情况,通过热工测试实验,对加热炉加热过程中影响脱碳层厚度的因素进行分析,提出降低脱碳层厚度的应对措施并对空燃比进行调试,最终将大型厂帘线钢的脱碳层厚度控制在1.2%D以内。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the thickness of the decarburization layer of the cord steel goes beyond the specification all the factors affecting the thickness of the decarburization layer in the process of reheating in the reheating furnace have been analyzed by testing the thermal characteristics of the reheating furnace.In the end,the thickness of the decarburization layer of the cord wire has been controlled within the limit of 1.2?%D by optimizing the ratio of air and fuel as well as other counter measures.
