| 摘 要： | 从材料力学方面分析碳黑洗涤泵断轴原因.得出推力的增大是主要原因.分析在较大推力下泵轴的破坏形式,从维修装配上制定措施.分析振动增大的原因,并采取相应措施,提出对泵的改造.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the axle breakup reason of the carbon black cleaning pump from the point of material mechanics and thus shows that the main reason is the increasing thrust Then the breakup types of the pump axle under larger thrust are analyzed and the countermeasures from maintaining and assembling points are given Finally,after analyzing the causes of the vibration augmentation,we suggest to revamp the pump and take the corresponding measures to avoid the problem |
