| 摘 要： | 以城市和石化污水厂生化活性污泥及剩余污泥为原料，用不同活化方法制备活性炭吸附剂，对比不同活化剂活化效果.结果表明化学活化法制备的活性炭吸附剂性能较好，最佳活化剂为ZnCl2与H2SO4复配试剂，最佳复配比例为2：1，在用制备的三种活性炭吸附剂处理油田污水的试验中，发现石化活性污泥吸附剂处理效果相对较好.

| Abstract: | Taking biochemical sludges from sewage and petrochemical plant and surplus sludge as raw materials, by different activated methds, the activated carbon adsorbent was prepared. The activated effects of different activators were contrasted.The results showed that the activated carbon adsorbents made by chemical activation was better, and the optimum activator was complex of ZnCl2 and H2SO4,the ratio of ZnCl2 to H2SO4 was 2:1.Contrasting commodity of pellet carbon,the pore characters of activated carbon adsorbent was studied.By application of those adsorbents to treatment of polymer-bearing sewage of oilfield,the treatment effect of activated carbon made by sludge from petrochemical plant was better. |
