大豆纤维/天丝混纺针织物的基本性能研究

摘    要:对5种不同混纺比例的大豆纤维/天丝混纺针织物的各种性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,随着大豆蛋白纤维含量的增加,其断裂强力下降,顶破强力下降;撕破强力下降,纵向、横向弯曲长度下降,柔软性提高;起毛起球性增加,织物磨损时的质量损失率增大.而断裂伸长率变化并不显著.

Abstract:In order to understand the influence of the blended ratio of the soybean protein fibers on the properties of blended fabrics, five soybean protein fiber/Tencel blended fabrics are tested. The results show that with the increase of the soybean protein fibers ratio, the tensile strength decreases and the elongation of the blended fabrics has no remarkable increase, the tearing strength and bursting strength of the fabric decrease; with the increase of the soybean protein fibers, the softness increases and the bending length, abrasion resistance and the pilling resistance of the knitted fabrics decrease.
