摘    要:在Buck电流馈电全桥拓扑的研究基础上,提出了一种实现全桥软开通的方法,即在电流馈线上接入一个电感,该电感是馈线上高频电流滤波网络的重要组成部分。详细分析了该拓扑软开关的工作过程,并给出了满足软开关条件的关键参数设计方法。将该拓扑用于一台直流输入电压为400V,母线电流为5.6A/100kHz样机上,其结果验证了它的正确性。

Abstract:Based on the research upon buck regulator and current fed full bridge topology,a soft switching method of full bridge is newly proposed.Soft switching can be achieved if an inductor is added into the current feeder.The operation process of soft switching was specified,as well as design of key parameters.Moreover the external inductor was an important part in current filter on the feeder.A prototype of 5.6 A/100 kHz current feeder with 400 V input DC voltage is built to verify the strategy.
