构建具有企业特点惩治和预防腐败体系的研究

建立健全与现代企业相适应的教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,对于国有企业党风建设和反腐倡廉工作而言是一个全新的课题。在调查研究和实践基础上,针对企业特点和企业生产经营管理实际,提出了在“五个坚持”上构建惩防体系的建议和思路,旨在逐步建立完善廉洁从业教育的长效机制、反腐倡廉的制度体系和权力运行的监控机制。

Study of Establishing Systems of Fighting, Punishing and Preventing Corruption with Enterprise Features

Building and perfecting systems of fighting,punishing and preventing corruption with equal importance of education,regulation and supervision and which is adaptable to modern enterprise,is a perfectly new title in Party's working style and anti-corruption and initiating honesty for the state-owned enterprises.Based on investigation,study and practice,against enterprise features and production operation management practice,presented suggestions and ideas to build punishing and preventing systems in terms of "Five Perseverance",aiming to build and perfect step by step permanent mechanism of education of honestly doing business,systems of anti-corruption and initiating honesty and supervision and control mechanism.
