摘    要:以顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)和二乙醇胺(DEA)为原料合成超支化不饱和聚酰胺酯AB2型单体。通过季戊四醇和AB2型单体进行酯化反应合成支化不饱和聚酰胺酯HBP。考查了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间对反应产率的影响。最佳工艺条件为:温度140℃,反应时间5h,催化剂对甲苯磺酸用量为反应物量的1.5%。

Abstract:AB2 type-hyperbranched poly(amide ester)monomer were synthesized by use of maleic anhydride(MA) and diethanolamine(DEA).The hyperbranched unsaturated poly(amide ester)(HBP)was synthesized by pentaerythritol and AB2 type-monomer.The affection of the reaction conditions,such as the amount of catalyst,temperature and the reaction time on the reaction were studied.The experimental result showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:pentaerythritol reacted with AB2 type-monomer for 5h at 140℃ with p-toluenesulfonic acid which quality was 1.5% of reactants’.
