摘    要:通过对炼油厂污水处理场“三泥”性质的调查研究,认为必须经调质、沉降浓缩、絮凝等处理后再离心脱水,才能达到预期的效果。处理后的“三泥”,液相返回调节池,固相送到焚烧炉焚烧,焚烧后气体以CO2的形式排至大气,将污泥降解为无机物,彻底解决了污水处理的二次污染问题。

Abstract:The properties of "three-sludge" in sewage disposal of refinery were investigated and studied. Experiment results showed the desired purpose could be reached only after regulating, settling, condensing, flocculating and removing water through centrifugation and so on. The liquid phase of treated "three-sludge" flowed back into the regulating pond, the solid phase was sent to the calcinations furnace for burning. After burning the off gas is purged as CO 2 to the open atmosphere. And the sludge is decomposed to inorganic substance. The secondary pollution problem of sewage disposal was solved thoroughly.
