高压共轨硬件在环仿真系统与试验研究

摘    要:构建了高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统在环仿真系统,建立了柴油机模型,对高压共轨电控燃油喷射系统试验装置进行硬件在环仿真试验测试,试验结果表明:该仿真系统试验平台在保证控制系统精度的基础上,能够准确地实现电喷柴油机性能要求,缩短了产品开发周期,降低了开放费用,为高压共轨系统的配机和测试提供了有效途径,具有工程借鉴作用。

Abstract:The HIL simulation model of high-pressure CR oil injection system and engine model are established respectively.Series of experimental researches are carried out,and results show that within the control system accuracy satisfaction,our test bench meets fairly well the electronic injection diesel engine's performance requirement,reduces the development cycle and cost,paves the way of high-pressure CR system matching and testing work,which is of great engineering importance.
