| 摘 要： | 在四川要不要修建抽水蓄能电站，一直是一个争论的问题，众说纷绘。本文在分析四川电力系统的基础上，对在四川是否需修建抽水蓄能电站和应修建什么样的抽水蓄能电站的经济性等问题，提出了明确的态度和意见。
