| 摘 要： | 用聚碳酸酯注射成型力矩马达罩时,产品易出现裂纹。为了解决此问题,就力矩马达罩注塑工艺提出改进方案,对模具、嵌件、材料作了相应的调整。经生产实践验证,工艺改进后,解决了产品裂纹的问题,操作可行,产品得到用户的认同。

| Abstract: | The torque motor cover is made of polycarbonate(PC)material.When at first injection molding processing,the product presents the crack.To solve the product quality problem,the injection molding craft improvement aspects the torque motor such as adjusting the mold,inlaid and material are presented.Production practice confirms that after craft improvement,the product crack is solved,the operation is feasible and the product can obtain user approval. |
