| 摘 要： | 由于聚酯分子结晶度高、活性低,在浸胶帘子布生产中一般采用二浴浸胶法.一浴对聚酯进行活化处理,二浴采用RFL浸胶,可以很好地提高聚酯帘子布与橡胶的黏合性能.附胶量在聚酯浸胶帘子布的物理性能中属于单项定等指标,合理控制附胶量可以提高聚酯浸胶帘子布的等级品率,提升产品品质.

| Abstract: | Due to high crystallinity and low activity of polyester molecules,two bath soak glue methods are used during the dipping process of polyester tire cord fabric.The first bath is mainly used for the treatment of the polyester activation and the RFL soak glue is used in the second bath.In this case,the bonding between the rubber and tire cord fabric can be improved greatly.The quantity of adhesive,attached to dipped polyester tire cord fabric,is one of the physical properties of the fabric.The rate of the polyester soak glue fabric can be upgraded if the quanitity of adhesive is controlled reasonably. |
