摘    要:针对YZ485ZLQ柴油机强化后出现主油道压力不足的问题,研究分析造成主油道压力偏低的主要原因,制定相应的改进措施:增加机油泵流量和减少曲轴主轴承间隙.通过发动机台架试验,验证了改进方案的有效性,取得了预期的效果.

Abstract:The lubrication system of nature aspirated diesel engine which has been changed to a turbocharged-intercooled one with piston cooling jet was studied.The results showed the main factors which affect the lubrication system pressure and the reasons which lead to the low pressure in main pipe.By the experiments on the improved design of lubrication system,the performance of lubricating system was optimized.
