提高铸态高强度球铁塑韧性的研究

摘    要:通过对Cu、Mo、Sb的试验结果统计,分析了合金元素的偏析特性、形成碳化物能力以及其强化机理,提出采用多元微量合金复合强化生产铸态高强、韧球铁的观点,并在试生产中取得了理想的效果。

Abstract:By through the statistics of the test results with Cu,Mo and Sb,the segregation character-istics,the capacity to form carbides and strengthening mechanism of alloying elements was analyzed.It was proposed to use trace amount of multi-elements for strengthening to produce as -cast hi-strength and hi-toughness nodular iron,and a ideal result has been obtained in the trial production.
