高速线材热连轧过程温度场数值模拟

摘    要:通过对高速线材轧制过程各个环节传热关系及边界条件的分析,采用有限差分法建立了热连轧过程三维温度场计算模型。结合生产实践,利用该模型对整个连轧过程进行了温度模拟,得出轧件同一截面上心部、中部和外表面上从出炉到吐丝共26道次的温降曲线,计算结果和实测值吻合较好。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the heat transfer and boundary conditions during every processing stage of hot continuous rolling, the three dimensional mathematical models have been developed using the finite difference method(FDM). The continuous rolling process is simulated using FDM according to high-speed workshop's production to get temperature fall curves at center、medium and surface of same section of workpiece during the process from the outlet of heating furnace to the end of 26th pass rolling. A good agreement is found between the predicted results and experimental data.
