风扇试验台数据采集与处理系统

该系统为分布式测试系统,由二台前端数据采集与予处理机和一台中心数据处理机构成。具有低速、高速两种数据采集能力。每台前端机具有三十二路模拟信号来集、予处理、远程显示和数据通信功能,数据处理机主要完成前端机的初始化、数据通信、测试数据的实时处理和事后处理等任务。高速采集由高速A/D转换器实现,本系统可实现40kW/s的高速采集与测试数据的连续存盘。

This paper presents a data acquisition and processing system.it is distributed test and measurment system, this system is comprised of twe front end data collectors and a centrical data processing machine.it can realize low-speedand high-speed data acquisition, every front end machine has capabi-litis of signal acquisition, data pre-processing, long distance display and communication, data processing machine can perfom initializat on of front machine, data communication, data real-time and post processing tasks, high-speed data acquisition is realized by high-speed A/D convetor. this system can perfom continuous 40Kwxs high-speed data acquisition and store.
