摘    要:通过分析活塞式加料器的最小传动角随杆长比的变化趋势、曲柄和滑块的位移关系、滑块加速度随曲柄转角的变化趋势、以及曲柄在最大加速度位置处加速度随杆长比的变化趋势,建立了多目标线性加权和法优化数学模型,以杆长为设计变量,以最小传动角最大、连杆长最小和滑块最大加速度最小做为目标函数,使活塞式加料器能满足运动平稳,传动效率高,结...

Abstract:Through the analysis of minimum transmission angle of Piston feeder changing along with the variation of length ratio,displacement relationship between crank and slider,slider acceleration changing with the crank angle,and acceleration changing with length ratio in the maximum acceleration location of crank,we established an optimization mathematical model with the method of multi-objective linear weighted sum,using the length as the design variables,and the objective function is made up of the largest minimum transmission angle,minimum connecting rod length and maximum slider acceleration to ensure the Piston feeder with smooth movements,high transmission efficiency and small structure sizes.We also used the method of uniform linear weighted goals to make the multi-objective optimization design for the length,and got the best mechanism.
