摘    要:介绍了采用棉纤维、粘胶纤维、毛纤维分别制条再混合纺纱的工艺生产过程。探讨了JC/R/W(60/30/10)纺纱采取的主要工艺参数和技术措施。开发出的混纺纱综合了棉、粘胶、毛的优点,用该种纱制成的织物柔软、质轻、保暖、导湿,经济效益显著。

Abstract:The article introduces the production technology of combed cotton/viscose/wool blended yarn. The three fibers are made slivers separately, and then blended by using excellent processing technology, parameters and technical measures on the new equipment to produce combed cotton/viscose/wool (60/30/10) blended yarn. This yarn is well accepted in the market due to its combined properties of cotton, viscose and wool fibers. The fabric made of this yarn features soft, light, thermo protective, wet absorption and notable economic benifit.
