摘    要:为了降低发动机的氮氧化物排放 ,在微型反应器中分别对聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维本体、硝酸浸渍和负载铜离子的ACF进行了脱除NOx的试验研究 ,定量测定了不同温度下它们的性能和与NO的反应产物及排放规律 ,还研究了加入CO还原剂后对NO排放的影响 .据此在发动机上进行了验证 ,试验结果表明 ,发动机台架试验结果与化工实验的结论是相符的 ,改性负载铜离子的ACF具有明显降低NOx的效果

Abstract:To reduce NO_x emission of engines, the effects of non-treated ACF, HNO_3 dipped ACF and copper-based modified ACF conversion ratio on performances and emissions of NO were researched by micro reaction system, and the influence of CO on the reactions were studied too. Modified ACF was tested on the engine based on the selection results and used to control NO_x emissions in different conditions. The results show that the NO_x reduction activity of copper-based ACF is higher than HNO_3 dipped ACF and non-treated ACF.
