PA6/TPEE共混纤维结构与性能的研究

摘    要:将PA6与少量热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)共混纺丝制成共混纤维,期望利用TPEE良好的吸湿性能来改善共混纤维的吸湿性及抗静电性能.研究了共混纤维的力学性能、染色性能、抗静电性能及热性能,并用SEM、X-ray对纤维的结构进行了分析.结果表明TPEE的加入改变了PA6的结晶性能,共混纤维的柔性、吸湿性、抗静电性能都有了一定的改善.

Abstract:Made up blend fibre with PA6 and a little amount of TPEE to improve the hygroscopic- ity and anti--static behavior of the blend fiber by means of good performance of TPEE. Studied the mechanical property, dye ability, anti--static behaviour and thermal behaviour of blend fiber, ana- lyzed the fiber structure by SEM, X--ray. Results show that the crystallinities of fiber are changed, the flexibilities, hygroscopicity and anti--static behaviour of blend fiber are improved.
