| 摘 要： | 超高层建筑结构体系发展的一个方向是采用混凝土核芯筒 外围钢框架的混合结构体系。该体系在施工中往往采用混凝土核芯筒领先外围钢框架的整体提升法。针对由此产生的设计工况与施工工况不符的问题，结合笔者的一些工程实践，提出混合结构施工阶段设计的一些方法。

| Abstract: | Hybrid structure with concrete tube core is one of the typical structure of tall buildings. When we build this kind of the structure, the concrete tube is often built in advance. So it brings us a question that the building state is not quite the same as the design state. The fact asks designer to consider the building state but without detail method. In this paper we present a method to determine how many stories of concrete tube are reasonable to be built before steel frame is settled. |
