百万等级汽轮发电机基础动力特性优化研究

摘    要:首先建立了汽轮发电机基础的动力方程和优化模型,然后利用振型迭加法求解结构的振动响应和灵敏度,根据工艺条件确定优化变量、约束条件和优化目标,最后针对某1 000 MW级框架式汽机基础进行了多方案的优化研究,得到了能够同时降低基础振动线位移和混凝土用量的优化方案。

Abstract:The dynamical properties of a turbine generator foundation have an important effect on safe operation of a power plant. The differential equations of motion of the structure of the foundation and its optimizing model were set up in the paper. The dynamic response of the structure of the foundation and the sensitivity of the response to the design parameters of the structure were solved by the modal superposition method. An optimization theory and process were proposed and the optimal variables, restricted conditions and objective function were determined by technological conditions.An optimizing analysis of a 1 000 MW-class turbine generation foundation was made and got a result that could reduce both the volume of concrete and maximum response of the foundation,which shows that the optimal method is effective and can achieve a benificial effect on both technology and economy.
