| Abstract: | In this paper,development of techniques to separated type heat pipe was reviewed,including various flow types of evaporator,filling quantity,heattransfer characteristics,heat flow limitations and optimum working states.The heat transfering characteristics of evaporator and various heat flow limitations,including viscosity limitation,sound velocity limitation,dry-out limitation,boiling limitation,condensation limitation and system limitation,are introduced. |
