摘    要:采用红外光谱法对聚丙烯/丙烯腈(PP/AN)接枝共聚物中的丙烯腈进行定量分析,利用C-CN键在2238.15 cm-1处的吸收峰,选择了硫氰酸钾为内标物,以朗伯-比尔定律为理论依据,建立了直接用红外光谱法测定高聚物中丙烯腈含量的方法.测定结果相对标准误差(RSD)为1.53%,回收率为96.13%~101.96%.

Abstract:In the paper, the content of acrylonitrile in the grafting polymer of acrylonitrile onto polypropylene film was determined by IR. By means of the characteristic peak at 2238.15cm^-1 to C-CN band in the polymer and selecting potassium thiocyanate as internal standard, depending on the Lambert-Beer law, we set up a way of determination of the content of acrylonitrile. The experimental results indicate that for this method the relative standard derivation is 1.53% and the recovery rate is 96.13% - 101.96%.
