无油润滑技术在氢氮气压缩机及循环机的应用

采用无油润滑技术针对氢氮气压缩机和循环机连续运行时间短的问题进行了技术改造。压缩机在扩缸的同时进行了无油润滑改造，循环机填料函改造为改进型无油润滑密封结构；对比了改造前后的生产运行效果和经济效益。结果表明，改造后压缩机和循环机连续使用时间是改造前的8倍，且每年因节能增产可获得直接经济效益约48万元。
