| 摘 要： | 建立和完善现代国有企业的制度与机制 ,必须建立法人治理的有限责任制度 ,同时要建立以市场为导向、以开放的市场经营为核心的企业组织运作机制 ,从而建立国家宏观经济政策法规调控的新型行业市场连接关系制度 ,与国际市场经济接轨。

A Thinking concerning the Establishment and Improvement of Systems and Mechanisms for Modern State-owed Enterprises |

| Abstract: | The author argues that the establishment and improvement of modern state-owed enterprises system must establish side by side a mechanism with limited responsibility system of legitimate representatives and an enterprise-running machenism which should be market-oriented and market-centred.Thus doing will make possible the establishment of a new market-connected mechanism regulated by state macro-economic policies and decrees,and the joining of international market economy track. |
