IGBT弧焊逆变器快速控制系统

摘    要:在研制IGBT弧焊逆变器过程中,根据控制理论,分析了电弧焊中各种过渡过程的特点,提出了对逆变器系统设计的要求,利用输出电流的反馈取样,高效滤波,超前较正等措施,获得了具有良好抗扰性及跟随性的弧焊逆变器快速控制系统。有效的抑制了开关器件瞬态过流的产生,提高了整机可靠性,获得了优异的工艺性能。

Abstract:With automatic control theory,various characteristics of arc all welding transients are anylized in this paper.The considerations about the system design of IGBT iverter are put forward.With feedback sample of output current,super signal filter and leading correction,the fast control system of the arc welding inverter with super antidisturbance and good follow-up ability is obtained,the emergence of temporary over-current of power elements is restrained,the reliability of the whole-unit is improved and super welding technology is obtained with the inverter.
