| 摘 要： | 分析了目前市场上聚合物水泥类防水涂料普遍存在的质量问题及其产生原因，提出了改进的技术措施，并阐述了最新研制的PMC（Plolymer modified cementitious waterproofing material)弹性聚合物水泥防水材料的性能，PMC具有以下特点：1）聚合物用量少，聚灰比低，弹性大，成本低，改性效率高，2）高耐水，泡水不肿胀，3）抗紫外线照射，耐候性，耐老化性能优异。

| Abstract: | The article analyses commonly existing quality problems in polymer modified cementitious waterproofing materials available on current market and reasons and proposes technical measures.The article describes a newly developed PMC(polymer modified cementitious waterproofing material)which features:1)less polymer,low ratio of polymer to cement,high elasticity,low cost and high efficiency in modification;2)high moisture resistant,no swelling in water;3)good in ultraviolet,weathering and aging resistance. |
