轴流式水轮机转轮体的接触应力分析

摘    要:轴流式转轮体与叶片枢轴相配合区域的应力状况是转轮体设计中关注的焦点。本文应用新开发的SDRC/I-DEAS程序的接触分析功能,对轴流式转轮体的接触应力进行了分析,所得结果比不考虑接触更为合理,对指导转轮体的设计有益。

Abstract:The stress status in the reagin of fitting runner blade trunnion with runner hub for kaplan turbine have special attention in hub design. the interface stress of runner hub for kaplan turbine was analyzed by using of interface analysis function of newly-developed sdrc/i-deas programs, the results are more reasonable than that without taking interface into account and helpful to runnerhub design
