摘    要:从改善发输电系统可靠性的角度出发,采用统一潮流控制器(UPFC)的功率注入模型,将UPFC纳入传统最优负荷削减模型中。利用该模型中UPFC不等式约束中控制参数的拉格朗日乘子的物理意义,推导了系统电量不足期望对UPFC容量的灵敏度表达式,提出了根据该灵敏度排序结果确定UPFC最优安装位置的方法;然后以UPFC投资费用与用户停电损失之和最小为目标,确定UPFC最优安装容量。对RBTS和IEEE-RTS79可靠性测试系统的仿真研究验证了所提出的UPFC优化配置方法的有效性。

Abstract:The unified power flow controllers(UPFCs) are installed in order to improve reliability of composite generation and transmission systems.The power injection model of a UPFC is embedded into the traditional optimal load shedding model.Using the physical meaning of Lagrange multipliers of UPFC’s control parameters in the inequality constraints of UPFC,a mathematical model for the first order sensitivity of expected energy not supplied(EENS) with respect to the capacity of UPFC is derived.Furthermore,a method based on the ranking of the sensitivity indices to determine the optimal installation site of UPFCs is proposed.Finally,the total cost including investment cost and customer interruption cost is calculated to identify the optimal capacity of UPFC.Simulation results of RBTS and IEEE-RTS79 system show validity and effectiveness of the proposed optimal allocation method.
