永磁铁氧体异性粘结磁粉的研究

摘    要:以山西黎城铁矿生产的高纯铁精矿为原料,经细磨低温氧化处理,配以98%纯度的SrCO2及少量促进剂Zr-1,经预烧、细磨、洗涤、退火后制粉,可生产出高性能异性粘结磁粉,该磁粉铁氧体化完全,晶粒均匀,呈典型片状六角锶铁氧体结构,由此磁粉制备的压制胶片磁性能达到国标YN13产品质量标准,为工业化生产提供了技术依据.

Abstract:With a high purity iron concentrate from Licheng Iron Mine of Shanxi Province as the raw material,and a fine grinding and low temperature oxidation treatment were adopted,then,SrCO3 powder with the purity of 98% and small amount of accelerant Zr-1 were added,and after procedures such as pre-sintering,fine grinding,washing,anneal,the anisotropic bonded magnetic powder with excellent properties can thereby be prepared.The ferrite process is complete,and the crystals are homogeneous in granularity and show a s...
