摘    要:外保温施工是"节能减排"的重要工程内容,也是我国政策支持重点方向,长期以来我国缺乏专用施工设备和技术规程,施工中只得以"传统吊篮"或"土吊篮"代替使用,引发诸多安全问题,成为社会和舆论长期关注焦点。结合"十一五"课题研究成果对外保温施工关键安全技术问题进行了剖析,提出了解决思路。

Abstract:Exterior insulation construction is an important content of "energy-saving emission reduction",is also the focus of policy support.For a long time our country lacks of special construction equipment and technical specification,so "traditional basket" or "soil basket" has to be used in construction,resulting in many security problems,become a long-term focus of society and public opinion.This paper analyzes the problems and puts forward ideas of solving them.
