浅谈钢管混凝土柱混凝土顶升的施工技术

介绍在三环锻压设备有限公司第一联合重型厂房钢管混凝土柱施工中,利用混凝土搅拌站的设备,采用从柱脚向上泵送顶升浇灌混凝土的新施工方案,可以有效避免钢管柱内混凝土不密实、离析分层等缺陷,确保混凝土质量符合设计要求,从而为保证工程质量、加快工程进度、减少高空作业量、缩短工期等方面探索出了一些经验。

CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY OF CONCRETE-FILLED STEEL PIPE COLUMNS BY LIFE-UP METHOD

It was presented the construction of the concrete-filled steel pipe columns for the first joint workshop of Three-Ring Heavy Forging Co.Ltd,in which a new scheme of using equipment at concrete mixing station and casting concrete from column foot upward by pumping method.This scheme could avoid effectively the nondense concrete and segregation etc within the conlumns,which could ensure concrete quality to meet the design requirements,so as to explore some experience in ensuring the project quality and progress,reducing the amount of high-altitude operation etc.
