对大型城市钢箱梁立交桥焊缝无损检测比例的探讨

武汉市二环线汉口段工程、黄埔大街-金桥大道工程中长达6 200m的钢箱梁立交桥,主桥为单箱四室及单箱多室的全焊接结构,桥宽26～46m,钢板厚14～40mm,总质量约85 000t,各类焊缝总长超过2 200km,其中一级对接熔透焊缝长度超过15%。根据安装现场条件,采取了工厂制作成纵向或横向分段,现场拼装焊接的建造方法,并根据设计与规范要求,对焊缝进行了射线、超声波及磁粉检测,检测比例分为全检及抽检。通过自检、抽检及第三方检测,焊缝质量符合规范要求。

DISCUSSION ON THE PROPORTION OF NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING OF WELDS FOR LARGE CITY STEEL BOX GIRDER VIADUCT

In the project of Hankou Section of the Second Link of Wuhan City and Huangpu Avenue-Jinqiao Road,the steel box girder overpass with a length of 6 200 m,whose main bridge is four-room of one single-box and multi-room as all-welded box structure,the width of this bridge is 26~46 m,thickness of these steel plates is 14~40 mm,total weight is about 85 000 t,the overall length of all the welds is more than 2 200 km,of which a first class butt welding penetration length is more than 15%.According to the erection site conditions,fabrication of sections is done in workshop,which are assembling and welding at erection site.In accordance with the design and specification requirements,it is carried out rays,ultrasound and magnetic particle testings on the welds.These testings are divided into full-scale inspection and sampling.Through self-test,sampling,and third-party testing,the quality of welds meets specification requirements.
