摘    要:吊车梁是炼钢厂房非常重要的结构构件,钢吊车梁的破损开裂以疲劳开裂为主,对于焊接钢吊车梁的常见疲劳开裂,已经有了较为深入的剖析和了解,然而,实际使用过程中,仍有一些其他的疲劳裂缝产生。通过某炼钢厂房钢吊车梁的开裂分析及加固处理,表明吊车梁连接构造设计时,必须充分考虑其端部转角位移,只有采取合理的连接构造形式,才能保证吊车梁的安全正常使用。

Abstract:The crane beam is a very important structure member for the workshop in a steel works.For these years,the fatigue cracks of a welded steel crane beam have already been studied deeply and analysed,but some other fatigue crack is found in the steel works.According to the case analysis of the crack of a crane beam and reinforcing treatment in a steel works,it is emphasized the importance of connection details for a crane beam,especially for those of heavy duty.For the safety and normal use of the crane beams,the forcing behavior and slope displacement must be considered fully and rational connection forms is adopted in the details design of a crane beam.
