龙门吊在不同轨道标高下的移位技术

宝钢冷轧薄板厂露天库及龙门吊改造工程,是为了达到露天库地坪和龙门吊轨道基础改造后增加原料存放量和提高物流效率。为了保证生产物流不受影响,露天库地坪和龙门吊轨道基础只能一半改造施工,另一半正常生产使用。因原有轨道基础多年沉降,导致新轨道顶面标高与原有轨道顶面标高不一致,因此对技术方案进行了创新优化,通过设置一个新旧轨道过渡区,解决了龙门吊在不同轨道标高下的移位问题。

SHIFT TECHNIQUE OF GANTRY CRANE UNDER DIFFERENT TRACK ELEVATION

The aim of the reform project of open storage and gantry crane of Baosteel cold-rolled sheet plant is to increase the amount of raw material storage and improve logistics efficiency.In order to ensure the production logistics will not be affected,Only half of foundation of the open storage and gantry crane tracks can be under the construction,the other half of normal production.The basis of the original track settled for many years,leading to inconsistent of the new track top elevation and the original track top elevation,and therefore technical solutions should be optimized by setting up a transition zone between old and the new track,to solve the shift of a gantry crane in the different tracks elevations.
