无填料振冲桩在榆林科技馆细砂地基中的应用

摘    要:根据地基处理技术规范,无填料振冲桩较好适用于中砂、粗砂地基,对于细砂地基无明确说明。本工程基于建筑场地实际情况,充分利用当地现有资源及原有工程经验,通过地基方案的比较,对细砂地基采用无填料振冲砂桩进行处理,仅利用砂土自身颗粒的重新排列、挤密,使土体达到设计要求。无填料振冲加密地基承载力特征值通过现场载荷试验进行测试。加密深度内土层的压缩模量通过原位标准贯入试验进行测试。测试结果表明:用无填料振冲挤桩处理细砂地基,能满足设计要求,地基效果良好。

Abstract:According to the foundation treatment technology standard,packless vibroflotation pile is used in medium and coarse sand foundation,and there is no clear explanation for the fine sand foundation.This project is based on the actual situations of the building,making full use of the existing resources and original project experience,through the comparison of the foundation schemes,packless vibroflotation pile is used,The rearrangement of sand particle and compacting are used to make soil meet the design requirements.The characteristic value of subgrade bearing capacity is tested through the field load test.The compression modulus of soil depth is tested by in-situ standard penetration test.Test result show that treatment of fine sand subsoil by packless vibroflotation can meet the design requirements,the foundation effect is good.
