| 摘 要： | 建筑信息建模(Building Information Modeling,BIM)作为一种创新的工具与生产方式已在欧美等发达国家引发了建筑业的巨大变革。BIM技术通过建立数字化的BIM参数模型,涵盖与项目相关的大量信息服务于建设项目的设计、建造安装、运营等整个生命周期,为提高生产效率、保证生产质量、节约成本、缩短工期等发挥出巨大的优势作用。本文将主要介绍国外主流的BIM建模类软件,希望给BIM应用在国内的推广提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | As a creative tool and a kind of production mode,Building Information Modeling(BIM) has already initiated tremendous revolution in construction industry.By producing 3D,4D and even nD parametric models,the technique of BIM offers a service for the entire project lifecycle to realize greater visualization effect,shorter schedules,improved construction methods and better cost control.It is briefly introduced several kinds of foreign mainstream softwares,it is expected to provide a reference for the popularization of BIM application in China. |
