摘    要:本模拟过程中利用喷油器进口处的压力波实测值作为性能预测的主要输入数据。通过解一组波动方程可以获得燃油喷射特性。藉此结果结合本文中介绍的无涡流情况下的单个喷雾燃烧模型,用数值计算方法可得到6260ZC柴油机的喷雾贯穿、锥角、密度分布、燃烧放热速率及示功图,从而可以获得反映柴油机燃烧性能的各种参数。计算和实测结果的比较表明,它们具有良好的一致性。

Abstract:In this simulating procedure the measured value of pressure wave from the inlet of injector is used as major input data for prediction of performance. By virtue of solution to the wave equations can be obtained injection performance. Based on this result in the light of herewith mentioned computative method on the model with single spray combustion under swirlless condition the parameters, such as spray penetration, atomizing cone angle, distribution of density, rate of heat release and indicator diagram for 6260ZC diesel engine therefrom reflecting combustion on characteristics can be gotten. As a result of comparison between the calculation and measured values it is shown to be highly coincident.
