摘    要:自动发电控制(AGC)/自动电压控制(AVC)功能是实现三峡左岸电站经济运行和安全运行的重要工具。文中首先简要介绍了左岸监控系统AGC/AVC的系统组成、分配原则和调节方式;在AGC/AVC功能总体设计和具体实现中,着重介绍了实现大型发电机组AGC/AVC功能应考虑和避免的问题;最后,探讨了三峡左岸电站AGC/AVC功能投运后发现的问题和改进措施。

Abstract:The AGC/AVC function is an important device for the economical and safe operation of the Three Gorges Left Bank Hydropower Station. The system structure, distribution principle and regulation mode of the AGC/AVC are briefly introduced. In the general design and implementation of the AGC/AVC, the safety issues should be considered for realizing the AGC/AVC function of huge units..Finally, the problems found after the AGC/AVC was put into service are discussed and some solutions are proposed.
