预应力混凝土管桩质量事故分析及处理

摘    要:预应力管桩具有质量可靠等优点,但在进行施工时应注意沉桩及机械移动所产生的挤土效应、工程施工土方开挖时还应注意防止开挖不当引起淤泥流动,对桩产生侧向推力,造成断桩、倾斜等质量问题.文章以工程实例介绍一种预应力管桩质量问题,就其原因的处理方案.

Abstract:The prestressed concrete pile has the merits of good quality reliability assurance, high bearing capacity, small cap volume, low comprehensive cost. Furthermore, the construction process will not bring noise, vibration and environment contamination. Especially, the construction will easily reach the technical and economical target when the prestressed concrete pile is applied as architecture foundation on soft soil. However, during the construction process, Pile Driving and Extrusion Effects of Ground must be under control. The silt flow also must be noticed because it will produce lateral thrust and lead to broken pile or incline. Based on a project example, a quality problem of prestressed concrete pile and the disposal program is introduced in this paper.
