| Abstract: | A theory is developed to extract those linearly independent measurement vectors,so called base vector,from measurement system,and the additional measurement placement algorithm based on maximizing system strength is presented.For the need of real time monitoring and control,an algorithm for fast observability analysis and pseudo measurement placement is also presented. |
